Tatyana Sergeeva is Chairwoman of the Association of Educators, and works with gifted children, doctors of pedagogical sciences and professors of the Moscow City Pedagogical University (MCPU)

She began her career as a teacher of Mathematics, then she took up the role of Head of that Department at MCPU, and later assumed the role of Vice-rector at the same university. Ms. Sergeeva has worked in parallel as a Director of a non-governmental educational institution.
