Rediet is the Director of Programmes at Aflatoun International. Rediet has been working at Aflatoun since 2008 at different capacities. As a Director of Programmes,  he is responsible for the coordination of the Programmes Department team members and oversees Aflatoun’s partnerships at a regional and global level. Rediet has a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Administration from Addis Ababa University.
