Phillimon Mlambo

Phillimon Mlambo is a Career Youth Development Practitioner with experience spanning street youth rehabilitation, youth sexual and reproductive health education, and youth entrepreneurship and business education, serving as Executive Director for Junior Achievement in Zimbabwe. He is active in community development.

Mr. Mlambo graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe (1996), Commonwealth Diploma in Youth Development Work from Zimbabwe Open University (2002). He is a W.K. Kellogg Foundation Leadership Fellow (2003 Cohort). Mr. Mlambo also holds a Master of Management degree in the field of Public and Development Management from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg (2004).

In 2007, he was awarded the Coca Cola Africa Foundation Leadership Fellowship and completed a Transformational Leadership Programme at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, Philadelphia.
