Nancy Pamela Pérez Villegas

Nancy Pamela Pérez Villegas is a pedagogue with more than 11 years of professional experience in areas of counseling and pedagogical intervention in both formal and non-formal education. She has worked with civil associations and government institutions and has gained experience and knowledge in the designing, monitoring and evaluation of educational programmes and projects, and in the performance of administrative and management functions. Ms. Perez has been focusing primarily on integral education, participatory methodologies, skills, human development, human rights and educational quality.

Currently, she is Director of Institutions and Programmes at Fundación EDUCA México, A.C., a non-profit institution whose mission is to consolidate schools founded by Civil Society Organisations. For the last two years, she has been supervising the implementation of the Save and Undertake Programme on social and financial education.

She has participated in the updating of contents and materials of the Ahorra y Emprende programme (Save and Undertake); in designing and delivery of classroom and online courses for teachers; and in the writing of a book that narrates the experience of Fundación EDUCA México on the implementation of Aflatoun’s social and financial education programme over eight years.
