Liliana Rotaru is from Moldova, a country placed between Romania and Ukraine. She has worked in the field of Child Protection for 12 years.

She represents CCF Moldova (Children, Communities, Families Moldova), an NGO that promotes and uphold children’s rights. She has worked for CCF since February 2004. She enjoys the successes the organisation has achieved, the happiness in children’s eyes, the gratitude of their families, the commitment and increased interest in local communities, the friendship and common values with her colleagues. In her work, she has seen the crucial role of education to promote children’s rights. She supports and implements the Aflatoun programme because itoffers so many new educational approaches that are useful to her organisation and her country.
