Cristina is from Colombia, and joined the Aflatoun Secretariat in 2016 as a programme manager for the current 52 partners in the Americas Region. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Relations, and obtained a Master’s degree in Economics of Development at the Institute of Social Studies.

On her previous position, she was assistant to the Dean of the Department of Education at the Externado University. As well, she was part of the team responsible for the process of the Quality Assurance of the Programs at the University. She enjoys to work at Aflatoun because the multidisciplinary and international team.
