Boubakar Lompo is a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank Group where he conducts policy dialogue on the education sector with the primary officials of the client countries (currently Burkina Faso, Central African Republic and DR Congo), contributes to the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the government education sector plan, and supports the implementation of education projects.

Before joining the World Bank Group, Mr. Lompo has worked as Inclusive Education Adviser for Humanity and Inclusion (previously Handicap International) in DRC and Niger, as National Education Coordinator for Save the Children International in the DRC, and also as civil servant in Burkina Faso.
