Albina Davidovich is the Head of the Preschool Education Department in the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2010, she defended her dissertation for scientific degree “The development of speech creativity in older preschool children (based on poetry)”, and was the winner of the 2010 competition of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus for the best dissertation of the year in humanities.

Ms. Davidovich participated in the development of: Programme for the Development of the Preschool Education System of the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2014; State Programme ‘Education and Youth Policy’ for 2016-2020; a special part of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education ‘Preschool Education’; the curriculum for preschool education; educational standards of preschool education; and many others.

She is an expert on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Preschool Education and Training’.

Ms. Davidovich is the author of more than 40 scientific and methodological works, including textbooks and electronic learning tools.
